Letizia Agency spent many years building brands through broadcast and print. Over the years, the agency spent well over a half a billion dollars on paid media. The firm helped build many successful companies and political candidates gain success. Today, the firm still utilizes several paid media outlets, with an added emphasis on public relations and crisis management. Having represented over 150 political campaigns over the years, Letizia’s crisis management skills have become a dominant trademark of the Agency’s success.

Meet Tom
Guiding political campaigns, ad clients, and PR events worldwide, Letizia is Nevada’s longest-running PR, political, and ad firm, in operation since 1974. Letizia has managed over 150 political campaigns as a Campaign Manager, Media Consultant, and Chief Fundraiser. As a former radio-TV owner/operator, President of Roughrider Broadcasting, Nevada Hall of Fame broadcaster, and recipient of the 2021 Nevada Broadcasters Lifetime Achievement Award, Tom built and operated two Nevada radio stations. Additionally, he co-founded KAME TV, Reno’s first independent TV station. Letizia began his ad agency at 24 and still leads it today, blending political and PR expertise for winning outcomes and overseeing marketing budgets of over $35 million.
In 2024, Letizia Agency represented 15 candidates, achieving a remarkable success rate with 14 victories. Letizia managed seven of eight highly competitive races and six unopposed judicial campaigns. Highlighting the year’s success, Letizia oversaw the high-profile mayoral race that elected Shelley Berkley as the new mayor of Las Vegas, continuing a 30-year legacy of representing Las Vegas mayors. Letizia has successfully managed nine mayoral races, including seven in Las Vegas, all victories.
In 2022, Letizia led winning campaigns for multiple key positions, including District Court, Family Court, Municipal Court, Justice Court, District Attorney, and City Council. The Letizia Agency also managed eight winning judicial campaigns in 2020, an unprecedented record in Nevada.

For 25 years, Letizia has managed and won every Las Vegas mayoral race, including six for Oscar and Carolyn Goodman. In 1999, Oscar Goodman, an unknown, won in a landslide and secured two more terms. Carolyn Goodman’s 2011, 2015, and 2019 campaigns were equally successful. In 2013, Letizia managed Oscar Leeser’s winning campaign for Mayor of El Paso, defeating seven opponents with 80% of the vote. In 2017, he co-managed North Las Vegas Mayor John Lee’s re-election, achieving victory again. Letizia has now overseen nine successful mayoral campaigns.
Letizia’s expertise extends to Congressional, Statewide, and Supreme Court races and Municipal, Justice, and District Court campaigns. Tom is a founding member of The Meadows School, former Political Director of AIPAC, and Vice President of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Foundation.

Meet Russell
Russell Letizia resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he has spent most of his entire life, with the exception of attending The University of Arizona from 2002 – 2006 and working in marketing and media in New York City at Street Records Corporation (SRC Records)/ Universal Motown, a subsidiary of Universal Music Group from 2006 – 2008.
During Russell’s tenure at SRC, the company had various Multi-Platinum and Gold album sales, including Akon’s “Konvicted” album, which had three Grammy nominations and was RIAA Certified Triple Platinum on November 19, 2007 with over three million units sold in the U.S., and is now 6x Platinum, including streaming over 8 million copies worldwide. Additionally, Akon’s work included the Billboard Chart Topping Singles that were number one and number two on the Billboard Hot 100 – “Smack That” featuring Eminem and “I Wanna Love You” featuring Snoop Dogg.

After leaving SRC, Russell continued his career in media and marketing working for Letizia Agency during a time when the firm was one of the largest agencies in Nevada, billing in excess of $35,000,000 a year. Russell worked in several areas with firm, most notably he placed millions of dollars in media, for a variety of clients, including the Hyundai Dealers Association in 24 states and worked on over 100 other automotive campaigns. When the firm shifted to political and PR, Russell handled a variety of political campaigns, including Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman, North Las Vegas Mayor John Lee, El Paso Mayor Oscar Lesser, District Attorney Steve Wolfson, City Councilwoman Victoria Seaman, along with over 100 other campaigns. For each of the political campaigns, Russell developed digital media campaigns for each of the above candidates and played a large role in the firms extensive fundraising as well.
In 2020 Russell played a large role in 12 winning judicial campaigns, putting 8 new judges on the bench, a record number of new judicial candidates to be elected in a single year.
In 2022 Russell co-managed successful winning campaigns of District Attorney Steve Wolfson, District Court Judge Maria Gall, Family Court Judge Mari Parladé, Municipal Court Judge Kelly Giordani, Justice Court Judge Nadia Wood, and City Councilwoman Victoria Seaman.
In 2024, Russell co-managed 16 campaigns, achieving 15 victories, including races where the agency was hired to avert contested races. Of the 8 contested races, 7 were successful, notably the high-profile mayoral race in Las Vegas for Shelley Berkley. This marked the first time in 25 years that the mayor’s last name was not Goodman.
